19 ways to stay healthy in the heat

Health is wealth. A good health make a beautiful mind. Over heat harm for health. So, we need make a good heath in summer. There are many ways to keep a good health in the heat or summer season. i suggest you some tips to get a good health in heat or summer. I share my idea below.

Follow below this tips to get good health in heat :

  1. Drink plenty of pure water. Keep in mind that the body is not way be waterless.
  2. Turn off cold water after returning from the sun or heat. During this time take a normal water for drinking.
  3. Avoid get tea,coffee more and more.
  4. Try to avoid sugary food.
  5.   When you are sweat or thirst drink glucose or saline rather than soft drinks.
  6. Don't go the location of the sun as much as possible. If necessary use an umbrella or cap.
  7. Try to avoid food prepped outside of road.
  8. Wash your hands several time with soap. This will reduce  of the risk  spread of bacteria  from the hands.
  9. From 10am until 3pm avoid direct sun exposure. At the time ultraviolet rays of the sun are plenty.
  10. You can use sunscreen when you go to sunny place.
  11. Go back from outside take bath and wash your body with soap.
  12.   Take a bath everyday. However it should never be more than 2-3 times in a day. It can causes harm of your skin.
  13. Try to keep clean to all time.
  14. Take adequate sleep and take rest after work.
  15.  When you sweat a lot. Don't take bath immediately. Dries in the air then go to take bath.
  16. Take as light cotton instead of heavy clothing. You also choose the cotton for your bedsheets.
  17.  Avoid fried,spicy and more oil food. Take fresh food,vegetables,fruits,salad,sour,juice etc. This type of food keep you in good health.
  18. If you have prickly heat problem use prickly heat powder to solve problem.
  19. Use the mask when you go to the connected of vacuum.
